Which is the best reverse engineering tool available for hibernate? We tried Hibernate Synchronizer. But it overwrites the changes we made manually, each time synchronization is done.

Hey merin why dont u use xdoclet with middlegen ... its a better one

I am not aware of XDoclet/Middlegen. Could you please explain how to do reverse engineering using these?
