It is possible to use Hibernate with Jbuilder2005 ?

Of course. Just create a library with the required classes and add that to your project as a dependency.

Create the config files in a directory you mark as a source directory (so they get copied to the build path at build time) and it should work fine.
There might even be an OTA somewhere.

Mind I've not used Hibernate with JB for some time, as I've switched to IntelliJ recently and wasn't using Hibernate for a long time before that (focussing on other things, like completing an SCJD assignment and increasing my knowledge of tech we use at work) so I can't be more detailed than that.
