Hibernate version: 3.x

Hi,

is it possible to create a database including all tables from mapping files? I've nearly 50 mapping files using a Sybase database. Now I want to test a few things with another database (e.g. MySQL) so it would be helpful if all tables could be generated from these mapping files.

you sure can. look at the documentation for Automatic Schema Generation
