since Hibernate support both annotation and xml files
Is there any tool / way to generate hibernate domain code (.java)with annotation? i need to get rid of xml mapping file and also do not
want to completely write domain code.

is there any good way?

tools.hibernate.org have what you need.

note that the conversion might not be 100% ..but can give your a good indication (patches welcome ;)
