I am using hibernate compositeids.but i am not able to set id utomatically.its asking me to set manually before using it.
its not possible for to set id every time .
please give give me reply to this

If your using composite id, why would you want a generated id?
If you want hibernate or the database to create the id for you, why not use a long as id instead?

If you use composite id, hibernate is never create id automatic. You it will have create it.
