Hi,
I would like to use hibernate's caching capability but I have read in the FAQ that the second-level cache is used for lookup by identifier. If you want to cache query result sets, you must use the query cache.
I have made some tests and only when I have in memory the hole resultset from a query, can be recovered the information from memory instead from DB.
If I make another query and part of the result but not everything is already in memory, is there any option to use the information already in memory, without a new hole query to DB?? any suggestion??
Thanks in advance.
