In Hibernate Users FAQ under Platform Specific Issues states that "Batch updates seem to be cause problems for some JDBC drivers that claim to support them. We found that batch updates should be disabled for DB2 and Sybase. " (http://www.hibernate.org/120.html#A6)

Batch update seems to work fine with the latest DB2 V8 and V9 driver. Is there any way to change the FAQ?
