Hibernate version: 3.1

Name and version of the database you are using: PostgreSQL 8.1

Hi! I want to know if I can use the postgre driver pg73jdbc3 with hibernate 3.1.....I think this driver is used only with hibernate 2 ....
Help me please.

but with JDBC, without hibernate...this driver worked perfectly. Why?
