i have some problem with the HQL/Criteria. I want to search over an abstract class(Role) which is not mapped(Table per concrete class). I want to get all concrete Roles for example which has a Adress. Some thing like that. I tried with 'CreateAlias' but hinbernate throw always an exception unknown entity class, which sounds 'logic' because the base role is not map.

Any Idea how to solve that problem?
