I have select, for example:

SELECT count(*) FROM (SELECT * FROM TYPE);

How can i implement this query on Criteria API?

Hibernate doesn't support subqueries in the FROM clause so your going to need to do this some other way.

As for getting a count using Criteria:
Code:
Integer result =
  (Integer)session
    .createCriteria(MyPersistentClass.class)
    .setProjection(Projections.count("id"))
    .uniqueResult();
