 Post subject: Easy way to get Column Headers (field names)?

Hello, I am new to hibernate and I need to know if there is an easy way to get the column headers. ie [FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME] using hql.

I have searched and found little clear information on how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
