Hope this has not been sent yet.

I'm trying to run hibernate build eg example using an Oracle connection. Tables AUCTIONUSER, AUCTIONITEM and BID are correctly created. But after that build fails.

Last messages are:

An unexpected exception has been detected in native code outside the VM.
Unexpected Signal : EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) occurred at PC=0x606023F5
Function=LdiDateFromArray+0x15
Library=C:\oracle\ora81\bin\oracore8.dll

Hi,

The error you are seeing seems to indicate a bug in the Oracle JDBC driver rather than a Hibernate specific problem, have you tried using the latest appropriate Oracle driver?
