 Post subject: Is uuid unique enough?

The uuid is base on milisecond. If my transaction is faster than milisecond. Then how? Is it still unique?

Yes, there's also a pseudo-random element in there. Once every few hundred years you might get a conflict, but that'll just cause a key conflict error that you will already be handling.
