I am using Coherence Plug-in for Hibernate....

In the mean while i wanted use hibernate L2 cache and query cache...

Can anyone tell me what i need to do....

and one quick question .... To use query cache is it required to enable secondary level cache?

I am trying to use the same scenario as you mentioned, I am using tangosol as hibernate plugin.

I am facing some memory problem. Are you able to deploy it successfully?

Which provider did you use, that comes with tangosol or you wrote your own?
