 Post subject: problem or bug of OracleDialect or Oracle9Dialect ？

when I use hibernate execute oracle pagination, I found the sql of first page is :select * from ( select category0_.CATID ... ... ,but second page and later page are all :select * from ( select row_.*, rownum rownum_ from ( select category0_.CATID... ...

my sql has "order by",first page is error result,the second page and later page are ok.why ???
