Hibernate Version: 3.0

save: resulted in Hibernate Exception <An exception occurred in a callback> for entity <Employee:null>

I am getting this error when i am trying to save an entity. I had passed the necessary parameters to that entity.

Can anyone please help me in which circumstances this error may Occur...It is very urgent...please
