Hibernate version:3.0.5

Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible to initialize or pre load
the org.hibernate.hql.ast.QueryTranslatorImpl object
Why ? to be faster for the first query.

My first query take 400ms
and the other take 10ms?

To be faster, on my first query, I made a fictive Query using
org.hibernate.Session.createQuery method.

So the first query is faster, but,
can i do the same things more cleanly?
