hi,

In my project we are generating hibernate mapping files and entity classes form database itself using myeclipse plugin. It is working fine.

But my tables are like

EMP_MASTER
COUNTRY_MASTER
VILLAGE_DET

like that. When ever we generate entity class and hbm files that time my classes looking like

EmpMaster
CountryMaster
VillageDet

But for classes names should not like this. It should be like

Emp
Country
VillageDetails

Please help me on this issue. I am new to hibernte

Thanks and Regards,
Guru

you can go for table name country , emp and village_details to get desired naming convention . generator uses underscore(_) to name classes accordiong to java naming convention. If that is not allowde , you have to manually edit the generated files
