for my current project i am using the hibernate reverse engineering editor. so far it works great. even relations are made automagically. although since the project uses german object names the default naming of a relation between SEMINAR and SEMINARTAG (days) leads to:

seminartag.seminar (desired result)
but
seminar.seminartags (desired is seminar.seminartage)

so i it would be nice to be able to define that relation naming scheme in the reverse engineering as well

besides the <column ... exclude="true"/> feature doesnt seem to work yet.

column exclude were missing for unknown weird reasons...but it is implemented now.

handling pluralization is currently best done by you implementing your own reverse engineeringstrategy which let you do all the magic you want your self ;)
