any obvious examples?? coz i want to test how to insert a user's details into database, update the data and also delete the data as well. can anyone help me??? urgent!

i had written the userbean.java to insert some methods like delete user, update user and create user. so which example enclosed in hibernate source is suitable for me to use in my project??
