I just want to ask a very general question:

How is HILOSEQUENCES table created? In our current project, we use this table a lot to create primary key for multiple tables in our database, and it seems to exist in the database from the beginning of the project.

So my question is:

Whether the table is created during Hibernate installation or some team members need to create it manually?

We are going to move our database to the production server, but we are not sure whether we need to include this table in our master DDL script.
