Is is possible to translate this sql query to HQL,

SELECT *
FROM TABLEA
WHERE TABLEA.ID IN ('1','2','3')

thats a new low...did you even try to adapt it ?
HQL supports the IN clause as you would expect.

"from whatever as w where w.id in (x,y,z)"
