Hello,

When fetch method is changed from join to subselect result return by hibernate differs. The reason for this difference has to do how hibernate treats predicates in the quires to retrieve relations. I described this problem in this (http://forum.hibernate.org/viewtopic.php?t=948512&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=) post. It looks like hibernate bug, can someone from the hibernate team take a look at it please.
