Hibernate version:
3.1b3 and Annotations 3.1b5

Name and version of the database you are using:
PostgreSQL

I've got an entity with a Date() field, which Hibernate maps to the "timestamp" datatype for PostgreSQL. The problem is that every time one of these entities is updated (without any code touching the timestamp, of course), the hour is bumped up by exactly one. Anyone have any ideas about this one?
