hi,

at first sorry to bother you with my question. It's just so, after I googled a couple of days and read the docs, I still don't find the answer on my big question:

how knwo my application that somebody is changing a value in my database (oracle 10g) I using the actual hibernate production version 3.05.

ok now my question:

1. I have a server who imports and updates data over sql
2. I have a client who shows the progress off the updates. something like this
a.) sample imported STATUS_CODE = 1
b.) sample corrected STAUS_CODE = 2
c.) sample anotated STATUS_CODE = 3

now should my clinet automaticly show whats the current status is. Any ideas?

thx so far,

g.
