Hibernate Version: 3.0.4

Hello,

The docs say:

Collection orderedCollection = s.filter( collection, "order by this.amount" );

Can the collection be any collection returned by a Query? Or just collections declared in the hbm.xml files?

Is there an other way to perform an order by on a named query?
