 Post subject: Performance issue: too many id is set t0 "in" quer

The performance isn't acceptable in our current project.

1. There are 2000 items to let end user to select.
2. If 1900 items was selected by user.
3. Export these items to a report.
4. The following sql sentence will be used, such as
select user where id in(11223,121332.....)
5. It will cost more than 20 seconds.

Any suggest for tuning this is appreciated.
