Hi,

I need to generate an index over multiple properties across possibly multiple classes. I only managed to find the index attribute on the property element, but that doesn't suffice. Of course I can use a component/property-ref and set the unique attribute to true, but that only enables me to generate unique indices, and I also need to generate non-unique indices.

If it is impossible to do by specifying an hibernate mapping, I would very much like to know why this feature is left out.

thx,

Lodewijk
