Hibernate version: 2

I am working on an application in WebLogic 8 and the final task has several data handlers that access the database inserting data...we wanted the ability to rollback all the objects if any of the handlers fail. To accomplish this we pass as a constructing parameter an instance of a Hibernate Session and then flush it before we close. When the flush method is called we get an oracle error saying that a comma is missing. All of the sql statements are being created by Hibernate and when we show_sql it looks like there are no comma's missing. Does anyone know why this would be occuring when doing a Batch Update?
