I have 2 classes as follows;

Class Fax {
Integer faxId
String faxNumber
Document document
}
Class Document {
Integer documentId
String documentType
String documentName
Date createdTime
}
If I need all faxes order by faxId ascending, I am using
Order.asc(faxId);
I need all the faxes sort by documentType ascending. How to do it.
Order.asc(?????);
I set the lazyloading to false for the Fax, so that the document objects are loaded in the same query while Fax objects are loaded. When both the objects are loaded with one query, there should be a way for me to to order by the fields of Document.
My application is in production and so I need to use Order.asc() method to make sure that the changes are minimal.
