 Post subject: Help: identifier of an instance of Class altered from x to y

Here's the error I got
org.hibernate.HibernateException:
identifier of an instance of com.auscript.aat.model.TranscriptOrder altered from 1179648 to 1179648

I'm sure I didn't change the identify property, as you can see, it's 1179648 and 1179648. what the hell is that?

I just create the object and call save(), anything wrong with that?
