Hibernate version: 3.0

I have problem with mapping timestamp field between Hibernate and MSSQL server. The error is "JDBC Unsupported data conversion."
Then if I change to use JDTS to connect MSSQL server, the error is "cannot convert [B to Timestamp"

Any help is appreciated.
