Is there a way to verify the integrity of the hibernate 3.0.1 tarball using an MD5 checksum or pgp signature? I am use to doing this with apache products to insure a distribution for a mirror hasn't been hacked.

I searched the hibernate forums, FAQs and the same at sourceforge.net and I couldn't find anything.

Thanks,
Keith

We don't sign our distribution packages.

Okay. Thanks for responding.

I guess there is no way to be sure that a package from a particular mirror hasn't been compromised. This would be a nice feature for sourceforge.net to add to their service.

We just started using Hibernate. Nice Job!!!
