I am working on a project where i use hibernate with connexions to two differents databases.
The first one contains Two tables wich are :
employee
right

In my hibernate xml mapping I use a link from employee to rights( one-to-one).

I'd like to put "rights" to a different database (the second one of my application)
I wonder if it is possible to make understand hibernate the relationship that exist between employee and right is in two differents database?

can it be done with plain JDBC? If so, Hibernate is probably also able to do it.
