Sorry Steve, I couldn't wait for 4.0.3 so I checked out HEAD of /hibernate module.

After building the latest of a few other packages I appear to of gotten it working just fine in 4.0.2 RC1.

However, you probably already have this fixed on your laptop but there appears to be a small error in: org.jboss.hibernate.jmx.Hibernate.java in HEAD.

On line: 674 JBossCache's JBossTransactionManagerLookup is being used instead of Hibernate's JBossTransactionManagerLookup.
