Hibernate version:hibernate 2.1

I am receiving the following exception when commit :

net.sf.hibernate.HibernateException: Session is closed
at net.sf.hibernate.impl.SessionImpl.connection(SessionImpl.java:3327)
at net.sf.hibernate.impl.transaction.JDBCTransaction.commit(JDBCTransaction.java:63)
....

Please advise whether I have any incorrect configuration or where can I find more information about this

I've seen this type of error a numbe of times on the forum. My advice is to search the forum. If you really can't find any relevant posts, then read the red banner and we'll try to help you out.
