Is there any possibility to dynamically (at runtime) add joined-subclass of class defined as usual using .hbm.xml file ?
Pluggable subclass should be persistent only is is present in the classpath.

yes - create a configuration, add the stuff you want and then only add hbm.xml for the stuff you need. After that rebuild the sessionfactory and you are ready to roll.

joined-subclass has an extends attribute you can use in this case.
