i'm writing a web application using Struts and Hibernate.

Are there any example of web application (and that I cat download!!) built with this tool on the web?

Explicitly I found some diffulty with:

[1] Using a lazy class/collection across pages/action (Long session).
[2] Write a right filter for long session.
[3] What do the filter intercept? *, , *.jsp, *.do, ...
[4] When call newApplicationTx (from Hibernate in Action)?

there are other examples a plenty but it show you many techniques and approaches.

Mmm.... I'm searching for a complete web application example
(or template), not for a collection of single example about single feature of Hibernate.

I did say there were many examples out there. We document quite a few on the wiki, eg, http://hibernate.org/27.html. There are many more - just have to look for them.
