Hello, there is something I don't understand clearly : are one-to-many relations allways bidirectional ?

I mean : Is there ALLWAYS a collection on Parent side and a many-to-one mapping on Child side ? (Customer -> Bill, Poster -> Message, Person -> Car)

Thanks

It is not mandatory, but most certainly recommanded.
There are few good use cases where the many-to-one is not needed.
