Hibernate version:Hibernate 3 Beta

Hi,

The hibernate mapping dtd (3.0) does not allow any sort of collection (set, list or bag) element inside of union-subclass element. I don't see this as one of the limitations of table-per-concrete class (union-subclass) strategy in the reference doc.

Is there any other way of having collections inside of a table-per-concrete-class mapped class?

Thanks,
Prasad

To be honest, I'm not sure if theres a good enough reason for that, its something I didn't finish figuring out yet. We should prohibit the *superclass* from having them, but not the leaf subclasses...
