Hibernate version: 2.1.7

Name and version of the database you are using: oracle 10g

What property to set in the mapping document, so that the foreign key of type integer gets set to NULL instead of zero, which is throwing a foreign key violation?

TIA
Rumpa Giri

I am assuming your datatype is int? use the Integer wrapper.
