Hi,

I'm using version 2 of hibernate.
I am also using the J2EE server from sun:
> Sun Java System Application Server
I can compile everything, so there's nothing wrong with my code.
But when I want to deploy my application, I get the following error message:

Code:
distribute: D:\Applications\RuleEngine.ear
deployment started : 0%
Deploying application in domain  failed; Fatal Error from EJB Compiler -- net/sf/hibernate/HibernateException

; requested operation cannot be completed

!!! Operation Failed !!!
!!! With The Following Failure Messages !!!
Deploying application in domain  failed; Fatal Error from EJB Compiler -- net/sf/hibernate/HibernateException

; requested operation cannot be completed

Fatal Error from EJB Compiler -- net/sf/hibernate/HibernateException

Perhaps there is something wrong with your database connection. I don't know when you initialize your connection?! But I would surround this with some debugging messages!
