This is to inform xdoclet users that I have posted a patch file including some improvements to xdoclet-hibernate in xdoclet site. As soon as people from xdoclet consider it is useful, I suppose it will be released.
Some of the changes include the suppresion of "UseOuterJoin" in jboss-service.xml file as now it does not exist any more an makes deployment impossible...

Does anyone know the status of xdoclet compatibility with the latest (version(2.1.7c) of Hibernate?

Is a patch available?

I am rather concerned with XDoclet as a project in general. I use it on some large(ish) projects and I am starting to get concerned about an appropriate upgrade path. I would like to see 1.2.x be maintained for sometime to come then I'll switch to Java 5.0 .

Just as an FYI to anyone needing a solution to this.

I simple removed the line referencing "UseOuterJoin" from the jboss-services.xdt file in the xdoclet-hibernate-module-1.2.1.jar file.
