Hi,
For example, to use JDBC,the sql is "insert into tt_user (user_name,password) values('kavin',Password('kavin'))",
but how can I do in Spring+Hibernate,since I want to encrpt the field of password.

Hibernate supports native function for each DB,you should have a look on hibernate reference.

Section 9.3.6 of Hibernate Reference Documentation refers Queries in native SQL,but I want to "insert" or "update" in native SQL.
Any one can help me?

Thats what SQL and JDBC are used for, not Hibernate: session.connection().prepareStatement()...
