 Post subject: Singleton with no private constructor

net.sf.hibernate.odmg.Implementation claims to be a singleton but it doesn't have a private constructor. This is a MAJOR security breach ;-)
Should I post it as a bug?

Yes, that's true. I've looked at source code and it seems that Implementation class hasn't any constructor defined. This means that defualt constructor is used.
I thought it has public constructor that throws some exception when more that one instance is to be created...
