Does hibernate support java 1.4 logging? If so, does anybody have some sample loggging config file? I couldn't find the info in the reference doc.

OK, according to the 'hibernate in action" book, page 55, it does support java 1.4 logging.

Hibernate uses commons-logging so log4j, jdk1.4 logging and avalon logger? are all supported.

Do you guys have some sample jdk 1.4 hibernate logging properties? What are the logging parameters I should use for jdk1.4? The reference document only has the logging properties for log4j.
