Hi everyone:

Does any one use Hibernate with Oracle 10g? I don't know if hibernate support Oracle 10g. Now,I use the Hibernate 2.1.6.

I saw the hibernate doc and I don't find any Oracle Dialect class. So I worried about this.

If some one know please help me!
Thks!

There is a OracleDialect class (actually also a Oracle9Dialect, which probably is the one you want as it improves the Oracle dialect).

I haven't heard of any problems with 10g - so, just go for it.

we had no problem with Hibernate 2.6 and Oracle 10G with Oracle9Dialect.
Now we are using Hibernate 3.0b and Oracle10G and they work fine.
