Hibernate version:
2.1.6

net.sf.hibernate.cache.EmptyCacheProvider seams to be a valid choice in the section :
"## choose a cache implementation" of the file etc/hibernate.properties

But in the hibernate2.jar the EmptyCacheProvider class is not available.

Do someone know why this class has been deleted ?
Is there another way to have the same behavior ?
