Does hibernate use second level cache by default?
I am worried as we have muliple web servers, hence mutiple JVMs.
If hibernate use second level cache by default, the load banlancing

Thanks for your help!!

hibernate doesn't use second level cache by default

global cache configuration file and class cache declarations are needed in order to use second level cache
