 Post subject: NonUniqueObjectException in refresh and spring

Hi
I am using hibernate 2.1.6 and spring frame work to handle the session per request cycle.

i have a table which has a many-to-one relationship.
when i want to display the table with the relationship using a query it is working fine.

the problem is when i want to use refresh() to refresh the list.
i get the NonUniqueObjectException exception.
